I am a graduate of Argosy University and earned my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am very excited and dedicated to my therapy career and I love helping others find their true selves through the process of healing. I believe in connecting to our emotions and experiences to better understand ourselves and to essentially grow personally and relationally. I also have a passion for helping people understand their trauma and learn how to heal from it. Finally, I look forward to collaborating with my clients to help them develop new skills and learn how to develop resiliency in the face of life's struggles.
I believe gaining new insight and awareness of ourselves is the start of our growth and healing experience. I do not believe in "one-size fits all" methods and look forward to finding what works for each client. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families.

As a therapist I focus on nurturing meaningful connections and personal growth through a variety of innovative therapy models, including but not limited to Experiential, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT etc. I am client-centered, emotion-focused, and guide clients through mindfulness approaches. I believe positive change starts with creating a safe and nurturing environment, I believe in empowering each individual to navigate their personal challenges and to embrace transformative change together.I have experience with clients who face anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health challenges. I am dedicated to supporting individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, recognizing that we all face difficult moments in life and need a safe community where we can be vulnerable and honest.

As another human I have experienced my own personal traumas that I have had to work through and heal from. This is important to note because life is hard and we are not alone through this journey. I understand how hard it is to face our pasts, our mistakes, our hurts, our inadequacies, etc. and I know that the battle is worth it. I believe we are not meant to be stuck in survival mode suffering through each day. Together, we can create a safe space for you to grow, learn, heal, be accepted and truly be seen for who you are.
Let's work together towards your growth and healing.

What is Therapy?
Therapy is a safe place to discuss life challenges, learn new skills, build self-confidence, treat trauma, improve relationships, challenge unhelpful thoughts/beliefs, find yourself, to learn how to affectively communicate, it is a place to be authentic and feel supported, validated, and encouraged through different life experiences.
Who is Therapy For?
Everyone! We all have different challenges in our life where we could benefit from an unbiased perspective. I personally work with Teenagers 15-17, adults 18+, couples, and families.
When Do I Need Therapy?
Therapy can be beneficial at any stage of life. We don't have to wait for our lives and/or relationships to be at their worst to seek help, and it's okay if that is when you are coming in for help; better late than never! Therapy is great for someone seeking help with specific problems, learning to manage symptoms from mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc., wanting to learn new life skills, or for a "tune-up" from previous therapy.
Where Do We Meet?
Therapy is at it's best in person, my office is in Sandy, Utah. I also offer virtual sessions for adult individual as needed. I find that majority of my clients who meet in person make quicker progress and feel more connected to the therapeutic experience. Nonetheless, I do understand the convenience and sometimes need of virtual sessions and have experienced the change that can take place. The effort you put in to therapy directly correlates with the results you receive.
Why Do Therapy?
I know how scary therapy can feel, and at times while in therapy it may feel like things feel harder, heavier, and more difficult however when you learn to grow through those challenges, you will feel encouraged, strengthened, hopeful, confident, renewed, healed, and grateful to name a few. I will help you find your personal "why" for doing therapy and meet you where you're at, customizing your growth experience, and encouraging you to find your own unique path.
